The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day.

To make a reservation, a deposit must be paid in the agreed amount.

The deposit for accommodation reservations is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Upon arrival, guests must promptly check-in at the reception or with the owner of the facility and settle the payment for the stay.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Pets are welcome on the premises. For safety reasons, they cannot roam freely. Please walk them on a leash, with a muzzle (if needed), or keep them in a kennel. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must have an up-to-date vaccination booklet for their animal.

It is prohibited to use a barbecue on the terraces of the cottages.

Bonfires and barbecuing are only allowed in designated areas.

It is forbidden to gather firewood for bonfires from the surrounding forests.

It is prohibited to remove furniture, bedding, blankets, etc., from inside the buildings.

Smoking is prohibited in residential rooms.

The stay of unregistered persons is allowed only with the owner's consent.

Please follow the rules, maintain cleanliness on the premises, and respect the camping equipment and facilities.
